Upper Tyrone Election Update

Peter Fratto captured the Democratic nomination for supervisor with 57 votes to 22 votes Dewey Eutsey. Fratto also made a run at the Republican nomination with a write-in campaign that garnered 35 votes, but it wasn’t enough to knock Republican William Edwards off the November ballot. Edwards captured 48 Republican votes.

Republican Laurie Hanchar captured both the Republican and Democratic nominations for tax collector with 29 write-in Democratic votes and 85 votes as the declared Republican candidate.
