SU Repeals Fireworks Ordinance

The citizens of South Union Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania
are hereby notified that an Ordinance repealing South Union
Township Ordinance 7-08, commonly known as the Fireworks Ordinance,
shall be considered for adoption into law at the regular meeting
of the South Union Township Supervisors being held on the 3rd
day of October, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building,
151 Township Drive, Uniontown, PA 15401.
The proposed Ordinance repeals is the existing Ordinance 7-08 as
the conduct is regulated by State Statute.
A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be examined at the Township
Building during normal business hours. Any interested person
is invited to come to the Township Building to examine the proposed
Ordinance.
Interested persons or their agents may appear at the aforementioned
meeting to offer testimony on favor of or in opposition to the
proposed Ordinance.
