Everson seeking Refuse Collection Bids

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Everson, at the Everson Borough Building, Brown Street, Everson, Pennsylvania, until 6:30 P.M., Monday, October 15, 2018, for the collection and disposal of garbage, rubbish, refuse and Christmas trees within the Borough of Everson. Bids shall be opened by the Borough Council that evening at 6:30 P.M. and publicly read.

Instructions to bidder, proposal forms and specifications may be obtained at Office of the Borough Solicitor, Mark A. Rowan, 890 Vanderbilt Road, Connellsville, Pennsylvania, weekdays between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., or they may be emailed by sending a request to markrowan1@verizon.net or calling 724-628-8180.

The successful bidders shall be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of Fifty Thousand and 00/100 ($50,000.00) Dollars and a Bid Bond in an amount described in the instruction to bidders. Proposals shall bear the words “Garbage Collection and Disposal Bid” clearly indicated on the exterior of the sealed envelope.

The Borough Council will consider qualifications, past experience, equipment and pricing in awarding the bid. Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all
bids or parts thereof for any cause whatsoever, as they deem for the best interest of the Borough.

The Township of Perry The Township of Perry Municipal Building Roof Replacement Perry Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania Sealed bids for the Perry Township Municipal Building Roof Replacement, located in Perry Township, Fayette County, PA, will be received by the Township of Perry, until 11:00AM on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at their office: One Township Drive, PO Box 183, Star Junction, PA 15482 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Masontown to receive bids for MDJ Floor Replacement

Masontown Borough will receive sealed bids from Contractors for the Magistrate Office Flooring Project until 1:00 P.M. prevailing time, at the Borough Office, 1 East Church Avenue, Masontown, Pennsylvania 15461 on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. The project consists of the removal and replace approximately 3,600 square feet of existing flooring with proposed Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring, to include all preparation, cleaning, base preparation, and appurtenant items of construction. Stewart Twp. Soliciting bids for Refuse Collection

Sealed proposals for the collection and hauling of municipal residential garbage for Stewart Township, Fayette County, beginning January 1, 2019 will be received at either the mailing address P.O. Box 108, Mill Run, PA 15464 or at the Stewart Township Municipal Building located at 373 Grover Rd., Ohiopyle, PA 15470 until 2:00 P.M. on October 11, 2018.
